Anti-glial nuclear antibodies

Description

SOX-1 was first identified as the antigen recognized by anti-glial nuclear antibodies (AGNA) which were characterized by immunohistochemistry showing a characteristic pattern of reactivity with the nuclei of Bergmann glia cells.
